Forensics currently have a decent sized team and won't be looking to re-open applications this month. We may look to open them for December, however with it being the holiday season we may also just postpone it until the new year depending on circumstances.

Unfortunately we don’t offer reinstatement to those who haven’t gone through our recruitment process or the recruitment process of one of our sister factions.

Hello,

I was just wondering if I could be given a copy of my application that was unfortunately declined for when I applied to become a Police Officer back in August, I believe this was when I last applied.

Thank you.

1. Are there any exceptions to the rule regarding criminalists having alts in illegal factions?

2. How often are microphones used as an officer? Would I have to speak over Teamspeak a lot while on patrol?

1. I do not believe there are any exceptions regarding your first question, though I will double check.

2. Microphones are only required when utilising TAC situations, call outs and such.

Hey there. The Forensic Science and Technical Investigation Division, where Criminalists are assigned, is housed under the Detective Bureau which does not allow members from having alternative characters in illegal factions at all due to its sensitive nature. There are no exemptions to this policy, if not a very, very slim chance.

Hello,

I'm just wondering what's happening with forum name change requests? I submitted one on the 23rd of this month, I'm aware that is is the festive period and that there may be some form of hiatus on the administrative side however I'm just concerned that if my request isn't processed before the 1st of January I won't be able to properly apply as my application will be placed on hold due to my applicant and forum names not matching.

Thank you, I look forward to a response.

The NC's will be processed in time for the recruitment process, if they are not it will not affect your process if you are placed on hold, this is just so that we know which names need changing and are able to push it up the chain.
