Is there a way to request a chance to edit an application? I feel like getting denied outright without the chance to even so much as correct the application flags is a bit much. Especially considering there really isn't a example app to judge off of for how they should be filled out correctly. Issues with my character backstory could easily be better explained if I even got the chance to do so.

I know the LSPD must have a reason to put my application on hold, but the recruitment is closing on July 4th. Could you tell me why it’s been two days since it was put on hold? I want to finish the recruitment in time. Thank you!

Usually, if an application is denied outright without any possibilities to rectify your mistakes, the recruitment officer that handled your application has deemed you ineligible for this recruitment drive, reason that may have been caused by multiple denial reasons, that are nowhere near small mistakes. If you feel like your application has reached an unfair verdict, you may address your concern to Sol Vasquez. More information about how to do it can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=503&t=46241

Applications that are put on hold, regardless the reason, will undergo through the same recruitment process as everyone else, which will bring no actual disadvantages to the applicant. The process may however take longer, due to being put on hold.

As someone who was in LSPD before and really enjoyed my time but was highly disappointed in the FTP scheme - I brought up the issue back when I left and I was previously informed, reform was due. Since my previous tenure in the faction, what about the FTP has changed, and what are the current requirements to progress from POI to POII?

Thank you.

The FTP program has been completely revamped, if you wish to collect the information in full detail I would suggest speaking to a member of the FTP team as RED does not deal with that.

Is it possible to be in the civilian sector in one character and apply to be an LSPD officer in the other? Or is special permission required?

Point 10.18 / 10.19.1 / 10.19.2 of the application form. Do I have to roleplay it ingame to get the results of the drug test / give the fingerprints or do I just fill it out in the application form?

Under notes for Police Officer Recruitment:
(( Former faction members are required to file a Reinstatement Request prior to applying for the Department. ))
I never held a PO position and resigned a "few" months ago from the civ side, does that mean I must reinstate as a civ and then ICly transfer to the PO side?

I'm back *cough* *cough* :)

No, you won't be required to do that. You'll just need to sign up like normal. This only applies to retired sworn employees.
