Preamble
The Los Santos Police Department Provides anyone the ability to request criminal records through a written request. This request is handled by any Police Officer III+1 or higher of the Los Santos Police Department. By filing this request, you will receive your criminal record, but you will not receive any information, justification or details in regards to these charges. That information is handled through an Internal Affairs Complaint or through Court Litigation (when a justified complaint in regards to the arrest).

Regulations

• Once submitted, you cannot contact any member of the Los Santos Police Department in order to speed up your request.
• Once submitted, you must wait for an Administrative Clerk to respond to your request. Your Criminal Record will then be provided in private, via the Los Santos Police Department platform ((FORUM PM)).
