Roleplay Standards Report

All members of the Los Santos Police Department are expected to engage the community with the highest possible standard of Law Enforcement Officer Roleplay. In lieu of filing a forum report or going to PLM to report low quality roleplay from officers or civilian staff members of the Los Santos Police Department, members of the community may reach out to the Los Santos Police Department directly to file a roleplay standards report as well.

It is important to note that roleplay standards reports will only ever lead to internal punishment at best, the Los Santos Police Department's command and staff teams may and will not substitute admins when it comes to server-sided punishment. If you are looking to have a situation voided and are not purely here to address the roleplay standards of a member of the LSPD faction, this is not the right place to file your report and you are urged to take it to the GTAW forums instead.

As a part of the processing of the report, the faction member will be spoken to. In mild cases, a senior member in the faction will be assigned to look over the roleplay standards of a faction member or certain aspects thereof with the intent to guide them towards higher standards. Should the officer's current position be found untenable due to the severity of the report, they may receive OOC punishment up to a termination. The reporting party will always be informed of the action taken; however in some cases some details may be obscured if it has to do with the protection of the faction's integrity.

A roleplay standards report may be filed by PMing the Staff Officers directly using the following format.

Usually roleplay standards reports will be delegated to a member of the reporting officer's chain of command or a high ranking member of the faction, which is decided on a case by case basis. All reports will receive a standard acknowledgement reply within 48-72 hours, however, handling the report will take as long as it takes.
