PURPOSE FOR TINT EXEMPTION
Explain why listed vehicles require a tint exemption permit.

Reason: The vehicles in question are used for personal protection purposes, transporting clients from A to B. The tinted windows are extremely valuable to our own protection, as well as that of our client. Ensuring any threats are unable to identify who's being transported and to make it more difficult for any potential threats to know how many people are in the vehicle, and if there are any people in the vehicle at all when a bait vehicle is being used before the real vehicle transports the client. Prevention is key.
