PURPOSE FOR TINT EXEMPTION
Explain why listed vehicles require a tint exemption permit.

Reason: These vehicles will be used to transport our VIPs in and out of our venues and events. VIPs will usually include celebrities and artists. The tint is required for their maximum security and privacy. The vehicle will be operated by our own security team.
