Position Information - Custodial Attendant

HIRING STATUS: Recruitment Status

JOB POSITION: Custodial Attendant

JOB TYPE: Full time / Part time

LOCATION: City of Los Santos, SA

DUTIES: Performs a variety of cleaning and janitorial tasks in and around police buildings or official event sites and minor ground-keeping tasks adjacent to said buildings. Custodial staff will need to excerise courtesy and tact in directing the public around police facilities, or answering generalized questions on said facilities. Incidentally may be required to secure the facility, such as making the rounds with locking doors, closing windows and turning off lights, keeping an eye on suspicious persons in or around the facilities and removing any potential fire or other hazards. May be required to operate machinary for their duties, such as window cleaning platforms or scaffolding.

SALARY BY PAYCHECK:
  • Custodial Attendant I - $36,000 - Upon successful employment into the Facilities Management and Support Section.
  • Custodial Attendant II - $42,000 - Upon showing dedication and work ethic in your assignment, you may be elgible for a senior position which acts as a supervisor to the paygrade below. Position includes assigning, reviewing and evaluating tasks for Custodial Attendants.
BASIC APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Applicants are required to be 18 years of age at the time of applying.
  • Applicants are required to be of acceptable mental health.
  • Experience with custodial work in previous positions, or undergone training that provides custodial experience.
  • Applicants are required to be a United States citizen, or that a non-citizen be a permanent resident alien, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), is eligible and has applied for citizenship.
  • Applicants are required to have no criminal history beyond traffic infractions.
  • Applicants with exceptionally poor / recent traffic infractions are liable to be denied.
  • Applicants are required to maintain understandable communicative skills within the English language, both written and verbal.

  • (( Applicants must have a character that has at least 10 hours of in-game time, this does not have to be the same character you're applying with. ))
  • (( Applicants must disclose their admin record for all of their current and past accounts. ))
  • (( Applicants must not be a part of any gang, organised crime group or official illegal factions on an alternate character. ))
  • (( Applicants must be able to roleplay in a realistic fashion and display proper character development. Justifications for some of the character's qualifications must be provided to any senior member of the Civilian Employment Section or Personnel Division, if requested.
  • (( Applicants are only granted to name-change during the hiring process if they have explicit permission from the Personnel Division's Commanding Officer. ))
  • ((Applicants must not have any admin warnings or punishments within two months of applying on any of their characters. Serious admin records are liable to being denied.))
