DUTIES
A Senior Personnel Analyst performs difficult technical personnel staff assignments in employee selection, position classification, recruitment, personnel development, administration of employee development, training, personnel research, benefits administration, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, or departmental personnel administration; assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of professional staff engaged in the above activities or plans, organizes, and directs the work of a major unit or section of professional and nonprofessional staff either in a centralized staff agency or in an operating department, or may act as the assistant head of a major staff or operating division; applies sound supervisory standards and techniques in building and maintaining an effective work group; and fulfills equal employment opportunity responsibilities.
The incumbent will be appointed to Personnel Division as the (Assistant) Officer-in-Charge, Civilian Employment Section. They are responsible for reviewing the background of applicants and making hiring recommendations, supervising all activities related to the appointment of civilian employees, including the supervision of background investigations, executing the Department's civilian hiring plan, and meeting strategic hiring goals.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Department. They must be highly organized, possess strong leadership and technical skills, and be able to work under pressure. Additionally, they must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENT(S)/MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)
- Applicants must have two years of full-time paid experience as a Personnel Analyst, Personnel Research Analyst, or Senior Workers' Compensation Analyst, or;
- Two years of full-time paid experience as a Management Analyst performing personnel administration work in a centralized staff agency or operating department personnel office, or;
- Two years of full-time paid experience in a leadership position relative to Human Resources.

PROCESS NOTES
- Candidates must have proof of identity and legal right to work in the U.S. prior to the appointment;
- Candidates must possess a valid San Andreas driver's license which must be maintained through the course of employment. Candidates may not be eligible for appointment if their record within the last 36 months (( 30 days )) reflects three or more moving violations and/or at-fault accidents, or a conviction of a major moving violation (such as DUI).

- The candidate must have accumulated at least fifty (50) hours of playtime on their GTA World account;
- The candidate must be in good standing with the community. They will be disqualified from the selection process if they have any severe administrative punishments issued within the last six (6) months. Although records will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, candidates with repeated roleplay quality warnings or punishments will not be accommodated;
- The candidate must have excellent proficiency in the English language and be able to scrutinize an applicant's English proficiency in application and transcript reviews;
- The candidate must be able to understand the faction's roleplay expectations and have solid experience in accurately portraying and developing realistic characters. Furthermore, they must be able to scrutinize a player's roleplay quality and mindset in application and transcript reviews;
- The candidate must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of the field of workforce recruitment and present a number of ideas, suggestions, and criticisms in a faction environment;
- Ideally, the candidate should be able or willing to research materials relative to the faction's source material(s);
- The candidate must understand that they will be given some paperwork-heavy tasks, including the development of guidelines, materials, and training guides. Some materials may need to be developed from scratch.

- Personnel Division Command will approach all qualified candidates individually to discuss their motivations, aspirations within the faction, issues with the faction, and the changes they would like to make within the Civilian Employment Section to gauge suitability. - Personnel Division Command is likely to offer a slightly lower rank than advertised to help candidates develop into a leadership capacity over a potentially shorter period of time;
- Personnel Division Command may choose not to appoint any candidate to this position if we feel the candidates do not meet our minimum expectations, for one reason or another;
- The successful candidate will act as the Section Officer-in-Charge in a probationary capacity alongside the Commanding Officer of Personnel Division, who will support them and evaluate their process;
