Would it be possible to join the department with a month old warning and a clean record besides that?

Generally yes unless its a harsh warning or something that would affect PD.

Just submitted my application. Should I request a forum name change to my applicant's name or is it okay to keep it as my FD character's name for now?

What is conduct as far as recruitment for Former Military? Is it just the same as regular recruitment of citizens?

It's the same process as a civilian would apply, yes. But we put an emphasis on making sure that your military career would resemble your character, as well as your military job. You would have to list the branch you were in, your rank, MOS, etc. And obviously it has to be realistic.

So be it if someone were in the military, and wanted to join the force, how would they go about applying then? Just like a regular person would? Without the perks of past training and expertise in that field?

Correct. Military roleplay is primarily done for character development and how people portray their character. It's still the same process as you would apply as a regular civilian whether its to become an officer, or join a division within the department. But you can use your military experience that your character developed to strengthen your skillset. For example, if you served in the infantry and want to apply for SWAT, you can share that you have experience involving firearms, breaching, etc. when applying for a position as you have encountered these situations while serving in the military. Military roleplay doesn't necessarily give you an advantage, but just gives you options for more immerse roleplay opportunities. With that being said, it's obvious that if you portray your character to have extensive military experience you should have some kind of actual knowledge that you can back it up IC. For example, if you roleplay some kind of a war hero that has years of experience being in Special Forces, and you get asked what a "fatal funnel" is, then you would be expect to know it. Hope this helps.

Hi all, don’t know if you remember me I’ve been away for just under two years, I’ve asked for a reinstatement, possibility of being denied as I was away for a long time?

It’s all still with me, and I’ve been around here and there.

The decision ultimately comes down to Staff Management, there's been a number of fairly impactful changes in regards to policies, procedures and just the general how-to in specific circumstances. That being said, so long as you didn't leave the faction in a bad light i.e termination, have a bad track history or anything truly negative, there's a good chance of it being allowed, at least from what I've seen in past reinstatement.

A question regarding IC assets, is there a thread that details what vehicles, or vehicles after a certain price point that would be deemed too unrealistic to own? I struggle as the vehicle pricing isn't always consistent with IRL as in earning money on the server.

We don’t actually have a thread. Should your story/background match up with your assets there won’t be an issue, if you’re unsure reach out on discord and we can discuss it. My discord is on my profile.
