Evening, I joined GTA:W not too long ago but I've been around LEO roleplay for about 3-4 years now in other SAMP communities, I was wondering if there is a possibility to still be able to apply and "try" get accepted while I grind out the remaining hours required (currently at 5 since I couldn't find much to do while trying to remain realistic to my character portrayal)

The hour requirements are strict, as they're to ensure you have a basic understanding of GTA:W regardless of your LEO history.

Does the 60 applications you're taking in take into account denied and pending applications, or are you planning on accepting 60 maximum?

Oh, okay. I was in the middle of applying for double-faction permission, but still awaiting a reply, so considering I'm still in that process, am I able to submit a PBA once I receive it?

Whenever we have slots for the field training. If it follows the same pattern as the past few months, the beginning of september seems like a reasonable guess.

And another question, when applying for the LSPD, are Recruitment Officers looking at the global UCP hours? I removed one of my characters with a few hours on it, will that remove some of my global UCP hours too?

Correction; misinformation on my part I misread your post. You need to have a character that has reached 20 hours of playtime. This does not have to be the applying character. In the event you do not have an active character with 20 hours you may use your screenshot of your global stats to suffice.

The actual SWAT unit, raids, special tactics, I am really interested into working my way there in order to experience some tactical RP.

SWAT is part of the Metropolitan Division (D platoon). There's a large list of requirements to join the Metropolitan Division and their recruitment process consists of an application, interview, fitness test and training and you have to be at least a Police Officer II. If you make it through, directly joining D platoon is impossible. You get inducted into C platoon (proactive crime suppression) and from there you can progress into D platoon.

Point being, if you make it to and through the academy, don't worry about becoming SWAT just yet and focus on the basic police work. Throughout your field training, you'll have plenty of time to learn all about the Metropolitan Division. What you can do however (even as a Police Officer I), is obtain a Basic Tactical Certification, which allows you to participate in basic, low-risk tactical situations.

((OOC question, I have 1 ban 2 AJAILS and 3 warnings from 1 month ago or longer, I want to wait like 2 months before I apply for LSPD. If I apply for LSPD lets say the end of september or start of novemeber if applications open then will I be denied because of my admin record?))
