     On 14/OCT/2023, at approximately 21:00, I filed multiple online requests for criminal background checks on several individuals in relation to potential employment within my organization. Ms. Schneider was extremely quick in her response and promptly handled all of the requests, despite them being filed in a very short time frame from one-another. The response provided to the requests was complete and there was no need for any follow-up regarding additional information. I was very pleased with the interaction and will be sure to return in the future with other inquiries, expecting them to be handled just as proficiently as these requests were.
