     Officer Qahtani was very respectful, and already had a fair amount of pre-existing knowledge on the individuals I was reporting against in regards to property vandalization. He was able to reassure us that it shouldn't be an issue much longer, and backed up that claim as we have seen more Gang Enforcement patrol cars around our immediate area since. He went beyond what other officers typically do, and was able to offer genuine insight to help stomp out any of our fears.
