  4. What would you like to commend about the employee's performance?
     
     
     Sergeant Conteliano was part of the crime scene that was going on in front of my residence on Alta Street in Hawick. Sergeant Conteliano came knocking on the door in regards of myself possibly being an eye witness from the situation, to which I was not. However, before heading back inside, I've had a not so delightful conversations with one of the Officers who was also present on the scene. Sergeant Conteliano was not aware of that, but showed very kind gesture to get ahold of the brief situation which happened and provided nothing but kindness and understanding of the situation. All the details were given to him and he ensured me to take care of my complaint and speak with the Officer. Sergeant Contaliano is prime example of how field supervisors should act and the department can only wish to have more supervisors like him.
