STATEMENT OF EVENTS/REASON FOR COMPLAINT
My delivery van got stolen and someone helped me tracked it down, we found it abandoned at the docks at rub street, we tried to inspect the vehicle further then he pulled a knife on me and held my neck with it, he stole my phone and some cash. He also had a partner who was covering him. They drove off in a black sedan.
