    4. What would you like to commend about the employee's performance?

I had been robbed at gunpoint, and while I was extremely shaken up, these two officers were extremely caring and thorough with their investigation. They took their time with me and my friend, asking various questions and gathering all of the evidence that they could. A lot of officers seem to ignore calls such as robberies, as proven by the fact that several were showing up for a chase when nobody wanted to show up for my robbery. These officers did a great service, showed dedication to even the mundane portions of the job, and they deserve recognition for that. Frederick also later showed up to another robbery I was a victim in one day later and followed up on the previous case with me.
