     Officer Cooper had a huge impact on the turn of events tonight, he played a very big role in logistics and his excellent delivery and presence assured me that the state of law and order in this city is in good hands. He and Officer Antonio Lopez truly confirm that team work makes the dream work. His truly humble personality and over the top performance encouraged me even more to recommend his high professionalism, I wish him nothing but the best of luck in his future endeavors!
