    4. What would you like to commend about the employee's performance?

My Office of Security has made me aware that Detective Gabello has been working efficiently and effortlessly to reduce narcotics on campus and among ULSA Community members. A brief investigation to compare Detective Cabello's impact on campus showed an impressive reduction, and we are thankful for the amount of work. Below is a detailed report from the investigation conducted to measure Detective Cabello's impact.

Detective Cabello has shown extensive care and hard work while working with ULSA Office of Campus Security to tackle the crime against narcotics and people causing general distress around the area of ULSA Campus, ranging from narcotics distribution to harassment and stalking to even criminal threats with firearms. She has shown utmost care, diligence, and integrity in her work by attending ULSA Campus post-investigation for welfare checks on staff and ULSA students. Staff and students of ULSA have spoken highly of Detective Cabello since she was assigned to the area and have noticed a severe decrease in crimes committed in the area. When a problem arises, it is quickly caught up with and taken care of.

On February 11th of, 2023, Detective Cabello was introduced to ULSA Security staff and Chancellor Charlotte Dunois, who will be working in the area to tackle the crime. Detective Cabello's presence was noticed by both staff and students, where students mentioned to the Chief of Security, Luna Miller, that they feel much safer with Detective Cabello's presence in the area and since her arrival after assignment to a case of narcotics distribution, frequent drug dealers noticed the word of Detective presence within the area, and it soon came to a halt. Detective Cabello attended numerous welfare checks and post-catch-ups in regard to ongoing crime in the area, and Detective Cabello was informed that crime has significantly decreased. No reports of narcotics distribution have risen since Detective Cabello has been present at ULSA Campus.

Around the end of April 2023, another situation arose where one of the students was being stalked and harassed by an alleged armed man with a shotgun that had trespassed into the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority house and held several students at gunpoint. Detective Cabello quickly scooped the case up. With assistance from victims and extensive welfare checks and questioning, the suspect was caught and arranged.

Detective Cabello displays real dedication to her work, and she certainly shows love and cares towards crime victims by doing extensive welfare checks, and her work doesn't get missed within the ULSA Campus.
