     Officer Hauser responded to my non-emergency call regarding a large tree blocking two lanes of traffic near Banham Gas, his response was timely even though it was quite far from the city. He dealt with the matter professionally. His emphasis on safety was particularly noteworthy as he ensured all the bystanders were kept at a safe distance and communicated potential hazards clearly. Road access was restored quickly, I'd like to thank him again for his outstanding service.
