We have reached the maximum capacity of applicants for this drive therefore it was closed. Hope this answers your question.
The Academy re-application stage remains open? And if so could any of the recruitment officers please forward me my last application?

If it was something serious then it is something we would look into, however we aim to remain as far as we can possibly be when reviewing applications.

If I resigned PD a year or so ago and wish to re-apply on a completely fresh character, do I still have to post a reinstatement or can I just go through recruitment?

I would go through reinstatement first. There's nothing holding you off to reinstate through a new character, but, you do have to mention your previous character. I'm pretty sure there's plenty of information in that section regarding reinstatements.

Other than that, if the Command Staff decides that you have to go through the recruitment process.. then you will have to.

Yes, as long as your double faction permission is approved by both faction leaderships.

(( I have failed my DI interview with my character and haven't seen anything OOC pointed out. Does that mean I can give it a shot this recruitment drive with another character or will I have to wait for the next drive no matter what? ))

(( You may not re-apply until next drive on any character. ))

You need to get permission from the faction leader of the faction you've been invited to, and after that request Double Faction Permission here: viewtopic.php?f=1195&t=18117

You don't have to update your application.

If I had a BLS Qualification in FD, can I carry that across to PD?

If it was on the same character so in this case Sarah Watson, then yes but you need a confirmation from the fd liaison.
